Our accomplishment of this target – one of our most elementary – is regularly scrutinised by our logistics professionals.

Around 170,000 consignments are shipped from our premises yearly, more than half of them on the day the order is placed. Our short lead times ensure that your orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. All orders from EU states as well as Switzerland and Norway are shipped within 24 hours. Orders from outside the EU are dispatched from our premises as soon as the necessary customs formalities have been completed.
